Silver Swans

‘A fun way to keep fit for the over 50’s. Our class at Bluebirds Ballet School is such a lovely and encouraging environment. Emma, our teacher, is unfailingly encouraging to students of all ages and abilities. No previous ballet knowledge is necessary, and I use the class as my physio for an inherited connective tissue disorder. I learned ballet as a very little girl and again in my early 30’s and this has made returning to this lovely art from a joy as it has re-awakened my love of music and movement.

Attending ballet either on Zoom or in person on a weekly basis is fun! It helps so much with taking away your fear of falling or moving because our proprioception and core strength…
